LOST AND DAMAGED LIBRARY BOOKS

 

Despite our best efforts, there may be times when a student simply can't locate a book which he or she has checked out or one has become damaged while he/she has it.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT?

Go to your checkout record :

 

 

 

 

(If necessary, select Butler from the list of schools)

Click Login in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Log in using your lunch number as your username and also as your password.

Click on My Info.

See what titles you have out and how much they cost.

DAMAGED BOOKS

 

DO NOT REPAIR A BOOK YOURSELF

We know you have great intentions, but we use special library repair materials (even tape) and need to do the repairs ourselves. Bring the book to the library immediately, especially if it is wet. We will let you know the price of the repair. 

ONE EXCEPTION: if a book is wet, please begin drying it out immediately.

LOST BOOKS

 

In order that the student's record may be cleared to again allow check out of additional books, payment should be made directly to the library. 

PAYMENT

 

As we cannot keep change available, please send the exact amount in cash or check made out to Butler.
